Setting a KPI should clearly define the expectation,
engagement, action and end result, defined as SMART KIPs
S – Specific indicates what is being expected.
M-Measurable indicates which should be in quantifiable parameters.
A-Achievable Indicates which should be realistic with
ongoing process.
R-Relevant Indicates which should be par with individual and
organizational mission and vision.
T-Time indicates which should be in a specific timeframe.
Rather than having KPIs, having SMART KPI evaluation, organizations
